  Extremely helpful, non-judgemental, and accommodating staff even over the phone. The woman I spoke to didn't try to get me to drive an hour just to see what the shop has to offer, and was very willing to look for me over the phone; not once, not twice, but 3 times!!! After calling a large number of bridal shops within 50 mile radius of Rochester, I was overwhelmed, to say the least. Many other stores refused to even check once, asking that I come by and check their inventory myself. Let me mention that I was asking about a specific brand and color. BOTTOM LINE: It's difficult to find an honest, accommodating, and a genuinely helpful place to shop that doesn't put $ above the customer; I found that Your Perfect Day (along with another shop just outside of Rochester) is one of the very few that puts the customer fist. I highly recommend this place and it's staff!
